7/31 - What a way to cap the 2010 Super Trip, with a visit
to the 100th BSA Anniversary
Jamboree at Fort A.P. Hill, VA. See you at 7:00 am Sunday
morning at MUMC to welcome them home!
7/30 - The bus arrived in
Niagara Falls
State Park where they worked on a service project in the
morning, then in the afternoon had fun on the
Maid of the Mist,
Cave of the Winds and a trolley. Then it was on the bus to
Buffalo, NY for dinner.
7/29

Chicago! Today they biked around town, visited the
Lincoln Park Zoo, visited the
Navy Pier, hung out at "The
Bean" and probably had some authentic Chicago-style pizza at
Giordanos.
7/28
- The guys (and gal) returned from canoeing and got their
long-awaited shower today. After dinner and some free time in Ely,
they loaded up the bus and headed to Chicago.

reality shows, you too can dress like your favorite scouts.
Thanks to Mr. Clewis we have 14 large & 2 medium orange
wilderness outfitter/troop 39 canoe to Canada 2010 t-shirts for
sale. $10 each. A lot cheaper than a " buff"! Email me directly
to reserve and have $10 ready on Sunday morning.

7/25 - (from Frank Williams):
"Have crossed paths with Cammarn/Green's crew. Spent the night
with Cash/Cole's crew and have passed them in their campsite 1/2
mile from us. Have been told that the Clewis/Query crew is about
a 1/2 mile from us and will cross in the morning. All are doing
well and appear to be having a grand adventure! Just so you all
know - all of Troop 39 is camping as close as boy can get to
Canada tonight, looking just across the water at our northern
neighbor."
7/24 - Arrival in
Ely for the first day of
canoeing.
Weather looks great! The group will be "radio silent" until
Wednesday at the earliest when they return to Ely (and finally get
a shower!). Check back then for more photos.
7/23
- Today the group arrived in Milwaukee, WI where they performed a
service project in the morning, toured
Brewers stadium in the afternoon and took in a game and dinner
before departing for Ely, MN.
7/22 - The crew is in
Cedar Point today after
their first night on the bus.
7/21 - They are on their way!
The troop left about 9:30 pm amidst thunder and lightning. Click
